I've been telling stories since I was six and my first raving fans have always been my siblings (who still talk about some of those childhood stories to this day). In high school and college, I took every available creative writing class and had a few short stories published in school magazines and one short story published in a budding youth magazine. I graduated college with a degree in communications and have been working in marketing and journalism for nearly a decade.

I like to think of myself as an efficiency expert. I find joy in achieving the most outcome with the least amount of time and effort. And this love for efficiency shows in my personal endeavors. Currently, I have 25 novels in progress with my first fantasy novel to be published soon; I read about 200 books a year; I am part of three critique groups and provide feedback to additional aspiring authors year round. When I'm not living my dream life in creative writing, I'm traveling, playing board games or just having fun with my husband and two dogs, Dagny and Piper.
